SHIPPING POLICY -
Orders placed on Pulse Shades website (www.pulsesshades.com) site can be shipped to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, and most international countries.
In order to ship products, Pulse Shades uses a variety of shipping methods ranging from UPS, USPS, FedEx* and DHL carriers. Depending on the size and weight of your purchase, we will choose the most timely and cost effective method of shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Pulse Shades will ship to PO Boxes, dependent on the available carrier (see below for more details).
Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order.
Free shipping on orders of $75.00 USD or more.
Pulse Shades offers same-day shipping on orders placed by 1:00 P.M. CST. Orders placed after 1:00 P.M. CST will be shipped next-day and follow the 3-5 business day arrival.
*Please be advised that FedEx orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. box or APO/FPO address, Puerto Rico or Guam.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the order is passed along to the mail carrier, the shipment becomes the customer's and carrier’s responsibility. However, if your package is lost or stolen, please contact hello@pulseshades.com with your order number and we will work to assist in any way we can. Please be advised, Pulse Shades is not responsible for lost/stolen packages; however, we will do our best to make sure the carrier locates your package or offers a reimbursement check.
Damaged Pieces in Order
If you receive a package from Pulse Shades with damaged product, please email hi@pulshades.com in order to rectify the issue. Pulse Shades is dedicated to service from sale to shipping. If a product is returned and received with wear or damage, and there is no previous communication from the sender, Pulse Shades will not be able to process a return, refund or credit for the product.
Fulfillment Center & Postal Closures:
Please check the specific carrier’s website for closures. These are the dates that postal services will not deliver.
